Script writing
We start from materials you already have such as web site
information, brochures, etc. Or, we can start with an easy to use
script form. Our writers develop a draft that you can simply edit or
approve as is. No sitting up nights staring at a blank page! And,
when your next message is due you’ll get a copy of your existing
script with a change form. Just tell us what’s new and what’s
old and we’ll get to work on your latest production.
Voice and Music
Once the script is approved we’ll take it into our state of the
art digital studio and record it using the best voice talent
available. You may listen to our voice and music selections anytime
on our
music menu. Or, let our trained
production staff pick just the right voice and music selection to
get your message across.
Digital technology
Your digital player is installed into your phone system by your
phone technician. Our player gives you the very best in sound
quality and allows us to dial in to keep your message up to date.
There are no tapes or moving parts for you to worry about and the
digital message player comes with a 5-year manufacturers warranty.
Our staff coordinates with your vendor to ensure smooth
